For most classes, all materials and notions are included. You’ll need to purchase a basic supply kit either from us or a list is provided here.
You’ll keep your basic supply kit with your project at the Academy.
All machines are included in your classes. We have found it’s best to let 2 students share a machine for a couple of reasons–they will learn alot by watching others sew –and less than 50% of your time completing a project involves actually using the machine.
We are currently only offering classes in Treynor but are looking into offering classes in other locations in Council Bluffs and Omaha.
Life happens and we will try to insure your child finishes their project by the end of their session. But in case they aren’t able to finish it, we will offer a special catchup class at the end of each session. If additional catchup classes are needed, we will work with you. Private lessons are also available, just ask Kelley.
If you will only miss one class, I would suggest enrolling in a catchup class. If you plan be gone 2 or more classes, I would suggest you skip a session and enroll in the next one.
We will start each student at their next level so they will just pickup where they left off in the curriculum. We will have students at different levels at each class working on different projects.

You bet! If you have more than one student taking a class or workshop at the same time, you can qualify for a 10% discount on each additional sibling.
